Following the initial screening, selected candidates are invited to a three-step interview process. The first two steps involve traditional interviews and case studies (please see the Case Preparation section for further details on case studies).
Candidates who succeed in the first two steps are then invited to the third step where they have an opportunity to meet the senior management team. The final decision about a candidate is made after the third step.
